Consent
We need your consent for the church to store your details so we can
contact you with information and news relating to St John’s activities.
Please note that the church is required to retain certain information (e.g. from the Electoral Roll) and St John’s uses ChurchSuite to manage this.
ChurchSuite
Is a user-friendly and secure way of storing and providing
information for the St John's church family. It enables better communication of
church events and news, through Church Family Emails, helping you to keep up to
date with the things happening here at St John’s. We will be using ChurchSuite to
manage our many rotas which will enable us to easily share the rotas with the
relevant volunteers, with the ability to swap if unavailable and receive
reminders by email/text.
What we need you to do
Provide us with your up-to-date details using the consent form and sign to indicate your consent to these details being held on ChurchSuite.

Please return the completed and signed form to Church
- put in the box at the back of church
- put in the letter box on the south porch black gates
- post to: St John the Baptist Church, Hawthorn Bank, Spalding, PE11 1JQ
